Sea Otter
$300
Description:
This classic kayak was designed by the venerable Lee Moyer exclusively for Pacific Water Sports, which is long out of business. The Sea Otter was the gold standard in Pacific Northwest touring kayaks. It has a high profile deck, lots of carrying capacity, excellent tracking, and a rudder. Although it is only 16 feet long, it fits a variety of sizes due to a generous cockpit, a 25" beam, and lots of legroom. The unique bucket seat is not only large but also can be removed giving you a beach seat.
Condition Disclosure: This kayak needs some fiberglass repair on the hull at both the bow and stern. It also needs decklines and bungee, which will require adding eyelets. You may also want to replace the rudder line. For the DIY-er, none of the repairs are especially costly or difficult. For someone that prefers for us to do the work, we are willing to reduce the sale price.
